In April 2020 KulturGarten opened it’s first drive-in cinema in Erkelenz. The pop-up location was built in short time and offered a 80 sqm LED screen, an own FM radio frequency for audio transmission in to the cars and a pickup service for drinks and food. After multiple weekends with movie presentations like Joker, A Star is Born or Parasite the new location added an own stage production and then was used for stand-up comedy shows, a wedding, multiple church services and a DJ solo concert from Electrisize Resident Timbo.
I was responsible for the movie & event ticketing system and run the screen as show controller.
