I’m Fabian. Since 2014 I’ve been working full-time in festival offices, building real expertise across ticketing & access control, artist bookings, marketing, and media production — deep enough in each to work as a specialist, but always choosing to operate across all of them.
I build automations to take work off my colleagues’ plates, and I like to write small internal tools with AI when something doesn’t exist yet. Not a developer, but the person who figures it out anyway.
Festivals are complex systems. I understand how the parts connect, and I’ve spent a decade being the person who makes sure they do. I try to fix problems before you see them. If everything runs smoothly, that’s usually not an accident.
