the only job where selling out is actually the goal
5 stars would mean i've never been ghosted by an agent
someone has to know where the power cables are
running it since 2016, it knows more about our visitors than they do
my colleagues don't know half the things i automated away
not a developer, but the last line of defense
posting for crowds who are too busy dancing to check their phones
good enough to know when to hire someone better
someone has to organize the folder called "final_final_v3"
I've spent the last decade working inside festivals, not just on them. That means I've held the same events from both sides: building the infrastructure that makes the experience possible, and standing in the crowd watching it pay off.
My background spans ticketing, artist management, marketing, media production, and festival IT. I've run our CRM since 2016, built automations to streamline operations, and developed internal tools where off-the-shelf solutions didn't exist. I've been invited to speak at the Future of Festivals conference three times, on topics ranging from digital crisis communication to stage production.
The common thread is that I work best where things connect — between departments, between disciplines, between the spreadsheet and the stage.

iT & Data
- it's good to have a professional tech supplier, but it's better to be your own tech nerd
